- Swedish-
the most popular form
of massage therapy uses oils/creams and long continual strokes with
emphasis on relaxation and stress reduction. Relieves tension and
encourages circulation to induce a clear and calm state of mind.

- Deep
Tissue- with a concentration on breaking down
adhesions and relieving pain within muscles, this massage offers a way
to break the pain cycle with slow strokes and deep finger pressure.

- Trigger
Point Therapy- based
on the existence of tiny areas of hypersensitive "knots" that
when compressed, send pain elsewhere, to known referral zones. The basis
of most of our work and research, this system often helps erase present

Highly complex system which
combines the style of acupressure with the assessment of Traditional
Chinese Medicine to restore balance to the body's energy system.

- Pregnancy- Great
care is used when relieving the discomforts of pregnancy. Decrease the
quality and frequency of headaches, backaches, leg cramps, and swelling.
Specially designed bolsters, pillows, and draping are used to ensure

- Hot Stone Massage
– Is a technique used in ancient cultures including Native
American healing practice. Hot stones provide the benefits of thermal
therapy with energy balancing properties. Thermal therapy affects
circulation and provides a method to reach deep tissue for healing.
Basalt stones are used for the hot therapy. These are aged, volcanic rock
smoothed by many years in rivers and oceans. The rocks are hand
harvested and vary in size and shape. Since the hot stones are used to
massage the body, you receive the same benefits as a Swedish massage,
deep tissue, and trigger point work. The added benefit is heat that
penetrates the muscle and tendon providing deeper work with less

- Sports- specific
treatment plans for the professional athlete or the weekend warrior.
Treatments may be pre or post event with focus on improving performance
or speeding up recovery. We are also the Official Massage Therapists for

- Medical- with a Dr's Rx, treatment of medical
ailments as the result of an accident, injury, or pre-existing
pathology. We accept most major medical, workers comp, and no-fault
insurance.
- Series/Packages- For those who can not come in under
insurance, but want/need the benefit of consistent massage, we offer a
prepaid series of treatments:

When Purchasing a Series/Package: We believe you will receive the most benefit
from massage therapy with consistent treatments, whether it be daily,
weekly, or monthly. To help you achieve this, we offer a series of
treatments which may be pre-paid at a discount to you. This series of
treatments is designed to offer you the experience of consistent massage
treatment while helping you save money. These discounted treatments are
for the sole purpose of offering you the ability to receive regular
treatment at a reduced rate. Therefore, unused treatments can not
be shared with friends or family members and may not be used as payment
towards gift certificates. Accordingly, expiration dates must also be
adhered to. No exceptions.
- Aromatherapy- Your massage treatment may be customized by
the addition of one of our eleven specialized therapeutic blends of
essential oils to relax, uplift, soothe, or relieve. The oils used in
your treatment are produced from the highest quality plants and are
qualified as “therapeutic grade”. (Add to any bodywork service=$12)
- Raindrop Technique- Uses
a sequence of highly anti-microbial essential oils designed to
simultaneously reduce inflammation and kill the viral agents responsible
for it. A powerful noninvasive tool for helping to correct defects in
the curvature of the spine and other cases of back pathologies.

- Acupuncture – the insertion of fine needles into the body
at specific points. Based on ancient Chinese theories of the flow of Qi
(energy) through distinct pathways on the body. Call for more details
- Paraffin- This ultimate skin-softening
paraffin heat therapy treatment brings you effective, blissful, soothing
relief from dry & cracked skin, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome,
heel spurs, plantar fascitis, and more. May be a specialized detailed
session or as an addition to another service. (Hands= $12, Feet=$12, Elbows=$9, All=$28.)
- Reiki -
a Japanese technique
for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea
that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is
what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is
low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is
high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. ($68 –Per
Session.)
- Personal Development- Classes
designed to re-establish the power of the mind to remove the blocks to
health, happiness, and prosperity. One-on-one and group workshops employ
strategies to overcome negative thought patterns and live each day
positively.

and group sessions for the purpose of designing exclusive nutritional
and exercise programs for your individual metabolism, blood type, and
personal strengths and weaknesses. Also many interactive classes for you
to attend.

Work/Onsite Chair Massage-
The ultimate in employee perks!
An empty conference room or office in your workplace is outfitted with a
specially designed massage chair and a skilled therapist to give 10-15
minute neck, shoulder, and back treatments while on your break (no oils
or disrobing).
- Massage Parties- A great experience for
wedding parties, showers, or whenever you can get a group of friends
together. Our therapist comes to your home for the day!
- Events- We
are always available for special events when massage therapy will be
utilized. Marathons, employee picnics, craft fairs, etc. are great
