We offer many types of gift
certificates for many different occasions.
Gift Certificates – Purchased Gift Certificates
never completely expire. However, they will lose
50% of their value every twelve months from the date of purchase. As such,
extensions on expiration dates do not exist. It is the clients responsibility
to use their Gift Certificate within
the given time frame. Expiration dates that fall on a Holiday or when the
office is closed shall not constitute an extension. The inability to get an
appointment due to unavailable times in a
booked schedule shall not constitute an extension. To redeem full value
please make sure
you have had or booked your appointment before four weeks of the written
expiration date.
Also, Gift Certificates that are already issued may not be used
towards payment of new Gift Certificates.
